We pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach to clients’ needs, advising clients on both financial and non-financial decisions that help them to achieve their personal, family and business goals. By understanding clients’ deeper goals and motivations, not only are we able to tailor a better financial plan, but we are able to uncover new ways to help them achieve those goals and add value to their lives in ways previously unimaginable from a financial services provider. We are excited to partner with MassChallenge FinTech to help us deliver on our goal of reimagining the client experience in financial services – finding new and better ways to simplify our clients’ lives and ensuring we use the time they grant to us as efficiently and effectively as possible.

OUR CHALLENGES:

There has never been more innovation in banking than over the past few years. We can’t invent more time in the day, but we can create efficiency in delivering intelligence and wisdom, by tapping into the collective intelligence of our client community. This challenge is not about process efficiency, it is about imagining a technological way to deliver insights and collective knowledge, building a way for clients and our investor community to efficiently access data and expertise as they pursue their personal “WHY of wealth” outcomes.

1) How do we reimagine a client experience that clearly demonstrates that we are a forward-looking, solutions-centered firm, one focused on client outcomes and not products? 

2) How can we use client time better, in ways that actually free up time for them, by delivering content relevant to our community, faster than any other firm? 

Our aim is for clients to feel that no one uses their time better than we do, and we make access to intelligence and wisdom as simple as possible.

HOW WE’LL HELP STARTUPS GROW THEIR BUSINESSES:
