About our Industry Tracks

MassChallenge Israel will run curated sector-specific vertical tracks and initiatives to strengthen innovation across challenge areas and industries identified by our corporate and government partners. In 2021, we will run:

The Nanotechnology and Metamaterial Track

MassChallenge Israel will run a curated track in Nanotechnology and Metamaterials, powered by IAI-ELTA. Utilizing IAI-ELTA’s expertise and vast network, the track will provide Nano-focused startups with additional sector-specific mentorship, guidance and content. The program will assist startups working with Nanomaterials for tracking/authentication, Nanosensors working at the molecular/atomic level, Nanoelectronics for transistor devices, Nanotechnology for energy storage and Nanomaterials assisting in weight/strength.

“The Impact Series” by Arc Impact

MassChallenge Israel will run “The Impact Series”, powered by Arc Impact, a VC investing in startups with global impact. Participating companies will gain access to MassChallenge Israel’s vast network of international players in the field, who are paving the way in the global impact system.  Arc Impact will connect startups to stakeholders in local and international markets, including multinationals, institutional funders, non-dilutive funders and strategic investors to help them grow their network, potential customer base, and revenue.

The series will focus on early-stage startups working to solve various United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals including:

  • SDG Goal 2: Zero Hunger
  • SDG Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being
  • SDG Goal 4: Quality Education
  • SDG Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation
  • SDG Goal 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
